Role	Currently	Description
president	Danny Adair	chairs the Committee and as such, has the lead role for assuring the integrity of the Committee’s governance processes leads the Committee in its strategic planning processes acts as the face of the NZPUG Committee and spokesperson on strategic issues and Committee issues when this is required in matters of accountability to members and other key stakeholders will, from time to time, represent the full membership of the Society and not only the Committee itself acts as the chair of all Committee and of all General Meetings of the Society representation at national and international fora on NZPUG group issues delivers Annual Report of the Committee at Annual General Meeting
vice-president	Tim Knapp	acts in the absence or incapacity of the President attends committee meetings
treasurer	Danver Braganza	operates the Society's bank account, writes cheques, makes payments and writes receipts holds members list and looks after memberships manages donations (incl. from website) delivers Financial Report of the Committee at Annual General Meeting
secretary	Grant Paton-Simpson	hold Common Seal of the Society responsible for the records of meetings and correspondence of the society compiles and delivers newsletter to all members has access to addresses from members list
additional committee member	Guy Kloss	attends committee meetings
